God I Can Use My Hands Again!
And Now, I Have My Career Back! I was working as a machinist, day after day doing the same motion making parts. My hands became very sore. When I sought out medical attention, the doctor I originally saw sent me straight back to work. The inflammation became so great and the pain so debilitating that I was unable to use my hands and elbows anymore. I was unable to do my job. I was unable to write and I was unable to use a computer. Quite frankly I was afraid that I would lose my favorite pastime- trick bicycle riding. I was living on advil. Now I am using a computer. I am grateful because I have qualified for training and education benefits fully paid by Workers' Comp.. I have an excellent settlement now. SHOULDERS / ARMS / HANDS The shoulder is the most mobile joint in the body and very susceptable to injuries and misalignments. If you think you are having problems, have it checked for alignment. Its like the tires on your car. If the alignment is off, the tires will wear out. The hand can be injured very easily because there are so many joints there. A hand injury is difficult to heal because a misalignment there will cause the hand to operate poorly and perhaps verer quite heal. Have it checked. The arm or neck often can shut down the nerve flow to the hand and make you think you have a carpal tunnel issue. Alway check the arm and neck too.
